Homeless Man Charged With Assault With Keys in Natick

The following arrest information was supplied by the Natick Police Department. It does not indicate a conviction.

A call to the Natick Police Department on Jan. 26 regarding a domestic issue resulted in the arrest of a homeless.

According to the Natick police log, the call came in at about 8:41 a.m. from 1 Village Hill Lane.

After responding officers completed an investigation, Benjamin E. Burch, 36, was arrested and charged with assault and battery with a dangerous weapon (set of keys).

Natick police made a second arrest on Jan. 26 while assisting another agency. 

Officers were dispatched to the Crowne Plaza on Route 9, and after an investigation arrested Timothy M. LaBrecque, 36, of 7 Glenwood St., in Natick.

He was charged with receiving stolen property valued at more than $250.

LaBrecque also had two warrants out for his arrest.

According to Lt. Brian Grassey, both appeared to be for larceny charges.

Both men were scheduled to be arraigned at Framingham District Court on Jan. 27.
