Lawrence Man Faces Motor Vehicle Charges in Natick

The following arrest information was supplied by the Natick Police Department. It does not indicate a conviction.

A motor vehicle accident on Jan. 9 at the Route 9/Speen Street ramp resulted in the arrest of a Lawrence resident.

According to the Natick police log, the accident occurred at 10:45 a.m. and included a reported of an injured motorist.

A responding officer reported he was assisting with the crash.

After the officer completed an investigation, Ediberto Gonzalez, 33, of 125 West St., Apt. 1, was arrested and charged with:

  • Operation of a motor vehicle with a suspended license;
  • License not in possession.
Gonzalez was scheduled to be arraigned at Framingham District Court later in the day.

According to Lt. Brian Grassey, one person was transported to a local hospital with unknown injuries.

Natick police made a second arrest later in the morning.

An official at the Natick Labs reported they had a person on the base with a warrant.

Scott Long, 49, of 57 Beach Point Place, Dorchester, was arrested on a default warrant from Boston District Court for a charge of possession of a class B drug.

He was also scheduled to be arraigned at Framigham District Court.
