Macy's Employee Faces Larceny Charge in Natick

The following arrest information was supplied by the Natick Police Department. It does not indicate a conviction.

A call to the Natick Police Department on Dec. 5 regarding a possible larceny at Macy's resulted in the arrest of a store employee.

According to the Natick police log, the call came in just before 10 p.m.

After responding officers arrived and completed an investigation, Kurt W. Hampe, 23, of 64 Town Hill St., Quincy, was arrested and charged with:

  • Conspiracy;
  • Larceny over $250.       

"This employee is being charged for a theft in excess of $4,700 in merchandise," Lt. Brian Grassey said in a statement. 

Hampe is scheduled to be arraigned at Framingham District Court on Dec. 9.
