Natick Arrests: 2 Females Break Into Vehicles

The following information was provided by the Natick Police Department. Charges do not indicate convictions.

Wednesday, December 12

12:06 p.m.: Police were called to Neiman Marcus at 310 Speen St. after Loss Prevention detained a shoplifter. Melissa Tivnan, 47, of 104 E. Side Pkwy. in Newton was arrested and charged with Larceny over $250 after allegedly stealing $960 in merchandise.

2:38 p.m.: Christopher J. Horne, 23, listed as homeless from Framingham was arrested at the Natick Mall on two default warrants and also charged with Possession with Intent to Distribute Counterfeit Drugs. The default warrants were out of Framingham and were on charges of Possession of a Class A Substance and for Assault & Battery and Larceny from a Person.

4:53 p.m.: A caller reported seeing two females removing something from a parked vehicle at 321 Speen St. Lauren K. Cain, 26, of 171 Bishop St. in Framingham and Apollene Andreosatos, 28, of 1 Winnemay St. in Natick were both arrested and charged with B&E Vehicle/Boat Nighttime for Felony, 2 counts of Larceny over $250 and Conspiracy.

9:16 p.m.: A caller reported an erratic driver, and officers pulled over the vehicle near 355 Worcester St. Spencer A. Norton, 30, of 73 Spring St. in Cambridge was arrested and charged with OUI-Liquor and Marked Lanes Violation.
