Natick Arrests: 911 Caller Arrested on Outstanding Warrant

The following information was provided by the Natick Police Department. Charges listed do not indicate convictions.

Thursday, December 20

8:53 p.m.: The Northface store called to report a possible shoplifting in progress. John Joseph Reddington, 41, of 35 Colby Rd. in Braintree was arrested and charged with the following:

  • Carrying a Dangerous Weapon (knife with a spring assist)
  • Receiving Stolen Property Over $250
  • Conspiracy
  • Larceny Over $250
  • Larceny Under $250
  • Assault & Battery
  • Attempt to Commit a Crime

Note that the Larceny Over $250 and Larceny Under $250 are charges from previous incidents.

9:22 p.m.: Police were called to remove an unruly individual from the train at the train station on Walnut St. Gerald Jones, 46, of 1050 Main St. in Worcester was arrested and charged with Disturbing the Peace.

Friday, December 21

12:50 p.m.: Ethan D. Quackenbush, 27, of 16 Gordon St. in Framingham was arrested on an outstanding warrant out of Worcester Superior Court for Failure to Appear. He faces charges of Arson to a Dwelling and Malicious Destruction of Property.

4:35 p.m.: J.C. Penney loss prevention contacted the police to report that they were detaining a person for shoplifting. Giovanni Bautista, 19, of 100 Sumner in Quincy was arrested and charged with Shoplifting over $100 by Concealing Merchandise.

7:51 p.m.: Macy's loss prevention reported a shoplifter was being detained. Trang Minh Tran, 36, of 7 Clementine Park in Dorchester was arrested and charged with Larceny Over $250 ($291 in merchandise).

10:28 p.m.: Kenneth James Caliri, 29, of 18 Common St. in Natick was arrested and charged with Assault & Battery.

Saturday, December 22

2:33 p.m.: A caller reported that his girlfriend left her wallet in Forever 21 and when they went back to retrieve it all the money was gone. The reporting party had warrants and was placed under arrest. Virginia Matias Ferreira, 22, of 7 Weld St in Framingham was arrested on an outstanding warrant out of Framingham District Court for Driving Unlicensed and Leaving the Scene.

5:05 p.m.: An arrest was made at the Forever 21 store. Aly Junior Joseph, 19, of 78 Alden St. in Malden was arrested and charged with Larceny over $250.

Sunday, December 23

8:47 a.m.: After a motor vehicle stop at 131 Hartford St., police arrested Blanca E. Lopez, 33, of 376 Hollis St. in Framingham was arrested on an outstanding warrant out of Natick District Court for Unlicensed Operation of a Motor Vehicle. She was also charged for Unlicensed Operation of a Motor Vehicle.

8:06 p.m.: Macy's reported detaining two shoplifters. Shaina Butler, 34, of 130 Dartmouth in Boston was arrested and charged with Shoplifting by Concealing Merchandise, Conspiracy and Possession of Ammunition without a Proper License (Pepper Spray).

Martia Branch, 22, of 5 Woodworth St. in Dorchester was arrested and charged with Shoplifting by Concealing Merchandise and Conspiracy.
