Natick Man Arrested After Bicycle Crash Causes a Scene on Marion Street

The following information was provided by the Natick Police Department. Charges do not indicate a conviction. All arrests are reported.

On July 20 at 8:21 p.m. Mauricio M. Dornelas, 24, of 7 Thoreau Court, Apt. 4, turned himself in to the Natick Police Department. Dornelas was wanted by police for a domestic assault that had occurred earlier in the day.

On July 22 at 3:50 p.m.: A uniformed detail officer was driving down Marion Street in his personal car when he noticed a man who had fallen off his bike and appeared injured. The officer stopped and attempted to help the man remove his leg from the frame of the bike. Thomas Patrick Witherby, 45, of 34 Marion St., was not compliant with the officer and caused a scene leading to his arrest on the charge of disorderly conduct.
