Natick Man Arrested at Work, Charged With Possession of Oxycontin With Intent to Distribute

Serving a warrant, police arrested a Natick man who was holding pills and other drugs last week.

Cesar J. Alarcon, 31, of 1 Keane Road, Natick was arrested at his place of work in Wellesley Aug. 30, according to records clerk Sue Wicklund. He was charged with possession of a variety of drugs with intent to distrubute.

Wellesley detectives went to Alarcon’s job to serve a warrant issued Aug. 29 for his arrest out of Dedham District Court on possession of a Class C substance, according to Wicklund.

After placing Alarcon in custody, police searched him and found two 40-mg. Oxycontin pills, marijuana, marijuana-smoking paraphernalia and a “designer drug,” Wicklund said.

Alarcon was charged with two counts of possession with intent to distribute of a Class B substance, possession with intent to distribute a Class D substance, drug violation near a school/park and charges related to the warrant.
