Natick Man Arrested on Assault Charge
The following arrest information was supplied by the Natick Police Department. It does not indicate a conviction.
A call to the Natick Police Department on New Year's day regarding a domestic issue resulted in the arrest of a local man.
According to the Natick police log, the call came in just before 3 a.m. from the Village Rock Lane apartment complex.
After responding officers completed an investigation, Marcelo Fagundes Franca, 37, of 1 Village Rock Lane, Apt. 6, was arrested and charged with assault and battery with a dangerous weapon.

He was scheduled to be arraigned at Framingham District Court on Jan. 2.
