According to police, both are suspected to be in their late 20s and of Hispanic origin. A store video shows the female suspect selecting two stacks of women’s blouses from the front display table and place them in the shopping bag the male suspect was carrying. Store personnel told police 12 blouses were stolen valued at $750.

Police say individuals involved in these types of crimes frequently line bags with duct tape or foil to thwart the store’s security tags.
