Natick Resident Charged with Striking Child

The following arrest information was supplied by the Natick Police Department. It does not indicate a conviction.

A call to the Natick Police Department on Jan. 5 regarding a possible domestic issue resulted in the arrest of a Natick resident.

According to the Natick police log, the call came in at 12:14 p.m. from a Woodbine Road apartment.

The caller reported someone was possibly injured, and an ambulance was called to respond to the scene.

No one was hospitalized.      

After responding officers completed an investigation, Harsh Sarawgi, 31, of 12 Woodbine Road, Apt. 2, was arrested and charged with:

  • Assault and battery on a child;
  • Assault and battery;
  • Witness intimidation.
The Natick Police Department made two other arrests on Jan. 5:
  • Jacqueline M. Rodriguez, 33, of 18 Forest Ave., Apt. 2, Natick: Warrant from Natick District Court for a charge of operating an unregistered/uninsured motor vehicle;
  • Dinalyn J. Newhall, 32, of 14 Dean St., Millis: Charged with OUI liquor, operating a motor vehicle with a suspended/revoked license; marked lanes violation.
All arrested were scheduled to be arraigned at Framingham District Court on Jan. 6.
