A local woman was arrested on a number of charges after a motor vehicle accident in Framingham last month.

Melissa LeBlanc, 38, of Natick, was arrested on Jan. 14, and charged with operating a motor vehicle after a license suspension, disorderly conduct, resisting arrest, assault and battery on a police officer, wanton destruction of public property (more than $250), and leaving the scene of property damage.

According to a Framingham Police report, an officer was called to MGM Auto on 138 Waverley Street for a motor vehicle accident around 9:30 p.m. on the evening in question.

A few days later, according to published reports, LeBlanc was held without bail, with a judge calling her "a menace" to other drivers, due to previous drunk driving incidents.
