Needham Woman Arrested in Natick on 2nd OUI Charge

The following arrest information was supplied by the Natick Police Department. It does not indicate a conviction.

A motor vehicle stop by the Natick Police Department on Oct. 25 resulted in the arrest of a Needham woman.

According to the Natick police log, an officer on patrol on West Central Street pulled over a motorist just after 12:45 a.m. at the CVS Pharmacy.

After the officer completed an investigation, Eileen Smith Ewing, 53, of 16 Country Way, was arrested and charged with:

  • OUI liquor, second offense;
  • Marked lanes violation;
  • Failure to obey a signal at an intersection;
  • Operation of a motor vehicle with a revoked registration;
  • Operating an uninsured motor vehicle.  
Ewing was scheduled to be arraigned at Framingham District Court later in the day.
