Andrew S. Marks, 52, of Bay Club Drive in Bayside, NY, was arrested at 11:44 a.m. on June 16, and charged with larceny over $250 and receiving stolen property over $250. He was arrested at Lord & Taylor on Worcester Street after police were called to the store for a report of a shoplifting incident.
According to a post on Patch, he was arrested in New York last year and charged with criminal trespassing and forcible touching.
