Police Log: Credit Card Fraud At Kay's

Tuesday, April 3

3:43 p.m.: responded to Heritage Lane and arrested a Dorchester man on a warrant from West Roxbury District Court. Mark Small, 47, of 49 Ballou Ave., Apt. 2, Dorchester, was arrested on a warrant from larceny from a building and two counts of larceny under $250.

2:44 p.m.: Police responded to Kay Jewelers, 1245 Worcester St., and arrested a Framingham woman. Lilian Michele-Nunes Rosa, 30, of 532 Waverly St., Apt. C, Framingham, was charged with credit card fraud over $250 and receiving stolen property under $250.

3:19 a.m.: Suspicious activity was reported near , 251 West Central St. Police arrested Gregory Molina, 22, of 54A Beaver Park Rd., Framingham, on two default warrants.
