UPDATED: Police Say Teen Broke Into Homes on His Lunch Break

Framingham Police said a Boston teen, 17, was breaking into homes while on his lunch break from Bob's Furniture in Natick.

Clarification, Oct. 26: The teen arrested in this case was not an employee of Bob's. Rather, he was doing a work study there through Cristo Rey Boston High School, which has a corporate work-study program for all students.

Framingham Police said a Boston teen, 17, was breaking into homes, while on his lunch break from Bob's Discount Furniture in Natick.

A breakin was reported at 9 Sewell St. Wednesday just after 1:30 p.m.

Just after 3 p.m. Framingham Police arrested Edson Rosa, 17, of Boston. He was arrested at 3 Valentine Rd. He was charged with breaking and entering and attempted breaking and entering, said Framingham Police Lt. Ron Brandolini.

Brandolini said he was stealing jewelry and credit cards and also stole a laptop from the neighborhood, while on his lunch break from Bob's Furniture. The teen was working at Bob's through a corporate work-study program sponsored by his high school.
