Sex Offender Failed to Register
The following information was provided by the Natick Police Department. Those arrested and charged have not been convicted.
Wednesday, Jan. 23
At 1:04 p.m. Jason Simons, 39, who lives at 12 Squire Ct. was placed under arrest. He had two warrants out on him: one was out of West Roxbury District Court for failure to pay a fine, while the other was for failure to appear in Attleboro District Court. Also, Simons was charged with failing to register as a sex offender.
