Shoplifting Arrests at Natick Nordstrom

The following information was provided by the Natick Police Department. Those charged have not been convicted of any crimes.

Saturday, Feb. 2

2:12 p.m.: Nordstrom loss prevention called to report that they had a shoplifter in custody. Officers responded and arrested Rosemary S. Taverna, 35, of 27 Charles St., Watertown and charged her with larceny over $250 ($377 worth in merchandise).

5:19 p.m.: Nordstrom loss prevention called to report that they had one shoplifter in custody. Oscar Maya, 30, of 534 W. 53rd St., Hialeah, FL was arrested and charged with shoplifting over $100 by concealing merchandise and forge or utter forge credit card.
