A teen from Malden was arrested yesterday on a number of
charges after Natick Police were sent to the Brandon School and Residential
Treatment Center on Winter Street for a disturbance call.
The 14-year-old was arrested at 9:56 a.m. on June 5, charged with four counts of assault and battery and a disorderly conduct charge. Police were called to the school for a report of a “student out of control” and the arrest was made later.
The teen’s name and gender were not released but the school is a center that provides “educational, emotional, and behavioral health services to boys and their families,” according to Wikipedia.com. The students range in age from 7 to 17, and there are currently 75 boys at the school, according to the school’s website.
