Traffic Notice for Michael McDaniel’s Funeral

The Natick DPW worker died while repairing a water main on Feb. 4.

The Natick Police Department has issued a traffic alert for Feb. 10, for Michael McDaniel’s funeral, the DPW worker who was killed in a tragic accident last week while repairing on a water line, at the age of 48.

The funeral begins at 9 a.m. at the John Everett & Sons Funeral Home on Park Street near the common.

A mass will be celebrated at St. Patrick’s Church at 10 a.m.

Police posted on Facebook today that they are anticipating a large turnout for the funeral and are warning motorists to avoid the area of Route 135, between Route 27 and Union Street on Feb. 10, between 9 and 11:30 a.m.
