Unwelcome Boyfriend Arrested on Multiple Charges in Natick

The following arrest information was supplied by the Natick Police Department. It does not indicate a conviction.

A call to the Natick Police Department on Oct. 18 regarding an unwanted person who was trying to enter someone's residence resulted in the arrest of a local man.

According to the Natick police log, a woman called Natick police just before midnight to report her boyfriend was trying to enter her home and was not welcome.

Officers were dispatched to 20 Hardwick Road to investigate.

After an investigation, Gerald P. McDermott, 51, of 51 Pleasant South St.,  was arrested and charged with:

  • Attempting to commit a crime;
  • Malicious/wanton damage/defacement to property (3 counts).            

McDermott was scheduled to be arraigned at Framingham District Court on Oct. 21.
