Small changes

When working toward a goal, major changes aren't always necessary. In fact, it could sabotage your chances of success. Making small incremental changes may be the best strategy.

Jasmine and Esmeralda both want to get healthier over the next 12 months. Jasmine decides to drink more water in place of soda, incorporate more greens into her diet and go on a 20 to 30 minute walk 3 to 4 times a week. Esmeralda decides to get up at 5am each day and go on a 3 mile run, eliminate all sugar from her diet, and give up drinking coffee.

Who do you think has a better chance of success?
