Every Monday night (March 12 – May 28, 2012 ) from 7:30pm-8:30pm relax your body, free your mind and strengthen your spirit!

You will learn how to increase and improve:
clarity, balance, focus, patience, awareness, peace and tranquility

You will learn how to decrease and remove:
stress, anxiety, imbalance, frustration, anger and impatience

** class is limited to 15 participants **

$ 5.00 per class fees** include the program and materials.

** fully refundable if you take all 12 classes, train daily for two 5-minute sessions and gain zero benefits at the end of the program.

Please wear comfortable loose clothing and bring pen and paper. Bare feet are preferred in the studio.
