Natick Middle School Students Show Exercise Helps Learning

Students from Wilson Middle School and Kennedy Middle School have contributed to a Harvard Medical School study that has shown that more exercise leads to more learning.

Students at Wilson Middle School have been participating in a Harvard Medical School study that is trying to show the benefits of exercise in kids with ADHD.

The study, which gets kids involved with cycling, has shown that treating ADHD is not just about giving children medication.

Kennedy Middle School has also been involved with exercise has a way to keep their students focused for a while now. The even have fitness breaks, which can be watched on YouTube.

The exercise programs at the Natick middle schools have been successful so far and will continue, and there is also talk about expanding them to the high school.
