Stretch What Matters, is offering adapted yoga classes for individuals with special needs able to independently participate in a group class of up to 8 participants.
Through breathing exercises, yoga postures, following sequences and a deep relaxation period.Students are exposed to the powerful benefits of yoga. Perfect for beginners!
Yoga Class for Pre-Teens and Teens, ages 12-16 Wed. 4:30 to 5:30 pm
Yoga Class for Older Teens and Adults, ages 17 and up Wed. 6:15 to 7:15 pm
