I have never experienced such sloppy, miserable, rude service in my whole life. My wife had to wait 15 minutes out in the freezing cold for them to pick her up. Although I called at least 45 minutes early before pick up to let them know...Rude Witch at dispatch tried to tell me it was traffic!! 45 Minutes early I called them and again 3 more times before they showed up!!! What a Bunch of JERKOFFS!!!! Avoid like the plague!!!!
