I was told that the manager is trying to kick out the occupants of apartment 210 for a dog??? And that he brought his wife there to live with him too.... Something funny there was 5 people living in a 2 bedroom apartment which with the square footage is also illegal, the manager did NOTHING!!!
I hope the manager there gets sued maybe the Niles Company will replace her with someone with intelligence who does not discriminate!!!!

Arrogant Manager when you rub them the wrong way especially when you have issues with the below listed items
Very Loud Tenants-- pounding, screaming, slamming doors.
Laundry area also trash area -- stinks!! People put stuff on top of garbage cans-Management does nothing about it
Outdated equipment -- Old Stoves - Refrigerators
No Dish Washer--
Bathroom old and outdated, Yellow spots on the bathroom ceiling hardly any ventilation in the apartment
CHEAP Carpet installed
Not energy efficient appliances --Especially the air condition
Management does not react to problems that are presented to them, The Niles Company does not either, just forwards the complaints back to the property manager
