This small ice cream parlor promises to be great, but every time we go in the owners are so very dour, and humorless I wonder why they are in a business that is so very cheery by nature. Maybe it's because my son is so very messy. They are very miserly with their napkins - held behind the counter and only distributed one at a time.
Cash only. Kids not allowed to try the buttered rum ice cream!
