We bought 2 garage doors from the company in 2012. They delivered the wrong doors and the woman we dealt with by phone, who said she was an owner, was extremely unpleasant and uncooperative. The guy who is also listed as an owner seemed somewhat more reasonable but was too late by then. Not the sort of company that will bend over backwards to make things right. Door quality seems fine, but would not deal with this company again.

I am new to the area and shortly after I moved into my home in Wellesley, my spring on the garage door broke. I called thompson early one morning and they had a service tech there by 9:00 AM. They replaced both springs, and found a freyed cable too. the doors both work so much smoother and quieter then before they were serviced. I would highly recommend their company to anyonw who asks.
