The Natick Police Department has been protecting the local population at its current location in the center of town since 1998. Positioned next to a similarly styled firehouse, the department offers child passenger safety instruction as well as Rape Aggression Defense classes, where women can learn how to better protect themselves against assault. Although crime in Natick is relatively low, non-emergency police reports may be filed online. 15 patrolmen and seven detectives help serve the community and those who are visiting the station for 30 minutes or less may park in the designated street spots directly in front of the department.
