The Morse Institute Library was built in the heart of town in 1873, after Natick resident Mary Ann Morse donated herMore estate to its creation. The red brick gothic style building has since been given a few modern touches. The collection has grown over the years, filling the library with row after row of around 175,000 books, books on tape, compact discs, CD-ROMs, magazines, DVDs, children's kits and cassettes. Stop by for a quick read, spend the day curled up in the comfortable chairs or do research and study at one of the many tables. The library offers free and reduced admission passes to nearby venues such as the Boston Children's Museum, Discovery Museum, New England Aquarium, Zoo New England and more.

The Autism Alliance of MetroWest plans programs and educational events to increase public awareness of autism relatedMore disorders. There are over 850 families that are a part of this alliance. A non-profit entity, its goal is to continue to provide information to families of children who live with this condition. The Autism Alliance's office is located at the Morse Institute Library.
