Masked Man Breaks Into Dunkin' Donuts

A burglar alarm alerted authorities to the Dunkin' Donuts at 1362 Worcester St., where they found a cement block had been thrown through a window.

Natick Police responded to a burglar alarm at the Dunkin' Donuts located at 1362 Worcester St. at 1:56 a.m. this morning. According to Lt. Brian Grassey, the first responding officer observed a window on the east side of the building smashed out with a cement block. Officers then searched the building but weren't able to find anything. Natick Police requested a K9 unit from the Massachusetts State Police, and the dog was able to track a nearby location, indicating that a warm vehicle had recently left. Grassey said that surveillance video showed a single masked male subject had entered the building, but that nothing appears to have been taken. He said that they are continuing to investigate.
