Sex Offender Failed to Register
The following information was provided by the Natick Police Department. Those arrested and charged have not been convicted.
Wednesday, Jan. 23 At 1:04 p.m. Jason Simons, 39, who lives at 12 Squire Ct. was placed under arrest. He had two warrants out on him: one was out of West Roxbury District Court for failure to pay a fine, while the other was for failure to appear in Attleboro District Court. Also, Simons was charged with failing to register as a sex offender.

This is a compete shame that this information made it to the papers. Mr. Simons had walked into the Natick police station to register that day and to clear these other matters up, fully knowing he had these other warrants.
