Did You Catch a Glimpse of the Gold Star Train?
The special MBTA train rolled through Natick on Wednesday afternoon and evening.
The MBTA Gold Star memorial train passed through West Natick at 4:36 p.m. and 7:01 p.m. Wednesday. The train is red, white and blue and covered in more than 150 gold stars, each with the name of a Massachusetts serviceman or woman who lost his or her life in the Iraq or Afghanistan wars. The train was unveiled just before Memorial Day and will now travel across the commuter rail system for two months. If you caught a photo of the train traveling through Natick, please upload it here or email it to danielle.horn@patch.com so we can share it with the community.
