Rep. Linsky Looks to File Anti-Gun Violence Legislation
State Rep. David Linsky will be hosting a legislative meeting to discuss gun violence with members of the House and Senate.
Following the Sandy Hook massacre in Newtown, CT, at least one Massachusetts legislator is looking for "meaningful" changes to gun laws. State. Rep. David Linsky, D-Natick, whose district includes Natick, Sherborn and Millis, will be hosting a gun violence strategy meeting with interested colleagues from the House and Senate on Jan. 3 to discuss the filing of meaningful legislation to reduce gun violence. Linsky said he would really like to see a bill that limits types of guns people can own. “That’s at the top of the list,” he said. “People are appalled at how readily accessible these are. I can't believe the voters in Natick keep voting for this idiot! Isn't he a tax cheat? The guy wants to make sweeping changes, but yet we already have some of the most restrictive gun laws and lowest gun related crime statistics in the country.
