Constantly. Whenever they ask! Probably due to the fact that I was pregnant and DD had a lot of questions, she knew it all by the time she was about 3 1/2. I think she's probably forgotten some of it since then. If they have questions then answer them. If they're not curious, then I suggest buying an age appropriate book.
