Natick Holds First Earth Day Festival in Decades

Robert, who is working with the Natick Earth Day Planning Committee, wrote the following article about Natick's plans for an Earth Day festival on April 22.   It’s that time of year again. Spring.  The flowers are blooming and the bees are just coming out of hibernation (For some of us, this means get out the Benadryl) but it’s a beautiful season none the less.  There is another thing that comes with this verdant season.  Earth Day.  For the most part, Natick is pretty good about the holidays, the 4th of July and the December celebrations are most certainly not forgotten, but no one has done a thing for Earth Day.  It’s changing now though.  For the first time in almost 20 years a Natick Earth Day Festival will be…
