The Art beCAUSE Breast Cancer Foundation will host the celebrity-filled event on March 7.
On Thursday, March 7 from 6:00-8:00 PM, Neiman Marcus’ Natick Mall location will host a celebrity-studded Spring 2013 Fashion Presentation and Cocktail Party to benefit Boston-based Art beCAUSE™ Breast Cancer Foundation (ABCBCF). Sara Underwood of Boston’s Fox 25 News will emcee the event. Microsoft will be opening a retail store at the Natick Mall.
Microsoft will be opening a retail store at the Natick Mall, according to the Microsoft Store Facebook Page. The Microsoft Store was founded in 2009 with the idea of giving people the opportunity to try different softwares and technology while selling products directly to the public. There are currently 22 Microsoft retail stores, with more openings planned.

The holiday season is in full effect and continues this weekend with special events and holiday sales at Natick Mall.
The holiday season is in full swing, and nowhere in Natick is that more evident than with vast amount of shopping taking place at the Natick Mall. On Friday and Saturday the mall will be open from 10 a.m. until 10 p.m. On Sunday the mall will be open from 10 a.m. until 8 p.m. You can also have your photo taken with Santa on Friday and Saturday from 10 a.m. until 8 p.m. Santa takes a break between 2-3 p.m. and 5-6 p.m. On Sunday Santa will be making an appearance from noon until 6 p.m. He will be taking a break from 2:30 p.m. until 3:30 p.m. There are also many sales at the mall for the holiday season right now. Check back at that link as new sales are added.

A suspected thief stole thousands of dollars worth of purses from the Natick Mall.
The Natick Police Department is seeking a man suspected of stealing thousands of dollars worth of designer purses from the Natick Mall. "In just two visits to a nearby store he was able to steal a few thousand dollars in designer purses," the Natick Police Department posted to its Facebook page on Wednesday. A surveillance video which captured both incidents of theft are available on the Natick Police Facebook page. A woman, who has special needs, who was reported missing earlier Saturday night, has been found in the Natick Mall.
Updated: The woman has been found at the Natick Mall, safe. Police have cleared the scene, according to a scanner repot. Original Post: Natick Police are seaching for a white female with special needs, who was last seen on a security camera exiting the Natick Mall, possibly heading toward Route 9 westbound. The woman is in her 30s, about 5'2" to 5'4" and has dark hair pulled into a ponytail. She was wearing dress jeans and a pink turtleneck. At the time she was reported missing, about 7:30 p.m., she had been missing about 90 minutes, according to a police scanner report. More information will be posted as it becomes available. In an effort to draw in customers for the holidays, Microsoft will be opening a shop in the Natick Mall.
Microsoft is set to open a retail store in Natick this fall in an effort to sell additional smartphones, tablets and software during the holiday season, the Boston Globe reports. The company is expected to have 27 brick-and-mortar stores open across the country by September, designed to combat rival Apple, which has 375 stores worldwide. A Microsoft shop in the Natick Mall will remain open only for the holidays. "The company did not say how long the stores will remain open or how many employees it plans to hire locally," the boston.com article said.

Information provided by Natick Police Department Aug. 1 10 p.m.: Nicholas Diaz, 20, of Dorchester, MA was arrested at the intersection of Hartford Street and Bowden Lane. He was charged with unlicensed operation, unsafe operation, and marked lanes violation. He also had an active warrant from the Boston District Court for failure to pay fines. 11:01 p.m.: Angelique Carter, 35 from Framingham was arrested at JC Penny in the Natick Mall. She was charged with shoplifting over $100 and conspiracy. Anthony Horne, 25, from Framingham, was also arrested for shoplifting over $100, conspiracy and had an active warrant from the Framingham District Court for shoplifting.

Natick Police posted a video on its Facebook page of a theft of a purse from the Natick Mall worth $2,495. "Video is not as clear as we like, but ... On Saturday July 28 the pictured suspect cut the sensor wire and ran off with a $2,495 purse. Once outside he was picked up by a 2003 Mercedes (black) registered to a Newton resident. The vehicle was queried by more than a dozen law enforcement agencies in the last few months," wrote Natick Police on its Facebook page. Click here, to view the video.
