Driver Weaving Erratically, Arrested

The following information was provided by the Natick Police Department. Charges listed do not indicate convictions. Patch reports all arrests.

Thurday, April 11 11:29 p.m.: A caller reported an erratic driver who was weaving and nearly hit the curb on E. Central St. Natick Police responded and pulled the driver over in front of 158 E. Central St. Margaret E. Peebles, 51, of 39 Cypress St., Brookline, was arrested and charged with oui liquor and marked lanes violation.

Shoplifting & OUI Arrests

The following information was provided by the Natick Police Department. Charges do not indicate convictions.

Saturday, Feb. 16, 2013 1:12 p.m.: The Natick Police Department responded to a report of shoplifting at Sears. Adelina Goncalves, 70, of 11 Wellington Ave., Framingham was arrested and charged with larceny over $250 ($308 in merchandise). 5:29 p.m.: A caller from Lord & Taylor reported that they had a shoplifter in custody. Jade Kara Chagnon, 24, who list the Pine St. Inn, Boston as her address, was arrested and charged with larceny over $250 ($2,255 in merchandise) and possession of a class A drug. 7:38 p.m.: A caller reported a motor vehicle crash on Forest Ave. Officers arrived at the scene and arrested Cynthia Anne Ghetti, 52, of 50 Bennett St. She was charged with a second offense oui and reckless operation of a motor vehicle.

Motor Vehicle Stop Leads to Arrest

Friday, Feb. 15 1:24 a.m.: Natick Police made a motor vehicle stop near the Wendy's on West Central St. Frederico Desa Costa, 31, of 15 Oriole Ave., Framingham was arrested and charged with negligent operation of a motor vehicle, second offense oui liquor and not having a license in possession.

Natick Police Make Arrest for OUI

The following information was provided by the Natick Police Department. All charges mentioned do not indicate convictions.

Friday, Jan. 25 2:41 a.m.: An officer stopped a motor vehicle at 188 Mill St. Jose Ferreira C. Sobrino, 34, of 50 Beaver Dam Rd. was arrested and charged with oui liquor, speeding and operating a motor vehicle with a suspended/revoked license.

Discharging Firearm & OUI Arrests Over Weekend

The following information was provided by the Natick Police Department. Those charged have not been convicted.

Saturday, Jan. 19 2:48 a.m.: An officer pulled over a motor vehicle in the vicinity of 549 Worcester St. Greicekelly Santos Silva, 24, of 123 Belmont St., Everett was arrested and charged with oui liquor, possession of an open container of alcohol in a motor vehicle, license not in a possession, failure to stop/yield and marked lanes violation. Sunday, Jan. 20 7:57 p.m.: Officers were alerted to a gunshot wound at the emergency room. The injury had taken place at 33 Evergreen Rd. A BOLO was sent out and officers were able to locate and arrest Michael R. Kelly, 23, of 168 Forest Dr., North New Portland, ME, who was charged with misleading a police officer and discharging a firearm within 500 feet of a building.

Arrests for Motor Vehicle Offenses in Natick

Thursday, Jan. 17 9:48 a.m.: Police arrested William J. Littman, 61, of 89 Union Park St, South Boston near the EZ Storage and charged him with a subsequent offense of operating a motor vehicle with a suspended license. 7:50 p.m.: An officer made a motor vehicle stop near the intersection of Centre St. and Worcester St. Sergio Klimowicz, 57, of 3 Manor Ave. was arrested and charged with a second offense of oui-liquor, marked lanes violation and failure to stop/yield.

Natick Arrests: Destroying/Defacing Property

Wednesday, Dec. 31, 2012 Macy's loss prevention called to report that they were attempting to apprehend three female shoplifters ($808.50). Officers responded and arrested and charged all three with larceny over $250 and conspiracy. The three females taken into custody were: Tuesday, Jan. 1, 2013 3:41 a.m.: A motor vehicle was stopped in the vicinity of 1245 Worcester St. Thiago Rizzo Dacosta, 27, of 48 Andrews St., Lowell was arrested and charged with OUI Liquor, marked lanes violation and speeding in violation of a special regulation. 3:18 p.m.: Natick Police received a call reporting a suspicious white male banging on a neighbor's door in the area of Plain St. and Whalen Ln.
