Thanks. I'm sorry I wasn't able to stop by the senior center while in town for Bob Sondheim's memorial service a few weeks ago. Sharon will always be special to me, and I promise to visit again as soon as possible.

I commented because I'm starting to see a trend here, starting with Bubbilicious' comment, "Maybe somebody's pockets are being lined - can't possibly think of any other reasonable explanation for this."
Again, suggesting that a board member benefits from the project is wrong, unless proof is offered. I gathered that some of the waivers that were requested and approved are fairly common.

ReplyI would be very careful about suggesting -- without proof -- that board members are somehow benefitting from this project. Criticizing the vote absolutely is fair game. Implying wrongdoing is not.

Actually, Ian Johnson is chairman of the board of selectmen. George Barrette is the vice chairman.
