Natick Man Faces Second Offense Drunken-Driving Charge

The following information was provided by the Natick Police Department. Charges do not indicate a conviction. All arrests are reported.

On Thursday, Aug. 1, officer Charles Goodwin was conducting traffic enforcement on West Central Street at Wendy’s when he stopped a vehicle for a lights violation.

After speaking with the driver, Jason A. Piva, 32, of 9 Home Ave., Goodwin determined that he was intoxicated.

Piva was arrested and charged with second offense drunken-driving, operating without a valid inspection sticker and a lights violation.
