Firefighters Treated for Heat, Police Search for Shoplifters, Drunken-Drivers Arrested

The week started out with warm weather and it got even hotter when Firefighters from Natick and several surrounding towns had to handle an electrical fire on Pleasant Street South. No serious injuries were reported but two firefighters were treated for heat exhaustion.

Copper thieves thought they would have a nice payday after allegedly robbing a home on Pond Street. Then they got caught.

This week traffic enforcement was heavy near Wendy's. One man was caught driving without a license, another driver was caught allegedly driving under the influence for the second time.

On Tuesday this woman was arrested after she reportedly rear-ended another car. She was charged with following to close and drunken-driving.

But now it's time for civilians to help out the town's emergency responders. Natick Police need your help identifying this man who used counterfeit money at two Natick Dunkin' Donuts. They're also looking for these women who stole more than $1,000 worth of jewelry from a store at the Natick Mall.
